I have had direct experiences of my infinite presence through the breath, ice cold plunging and just being in nature.

Why is it so many people are busy, busy, busy and not truly fulfilled?
What are we running from?
We are running from hard-to-feel feelings like insecurity, grief and anger. We have not been taught or shown how to take full responsibility for our inner experience.
Instead, we blame external people, places and things for our inner pain or void and continue to try to fill that void with money, achievement, relationships, experiences and more.
If I was a miner, I would tell you I`ve surely hit GOLD.
And, I am passionate about empowering you to hit it as well.
Still, I realize many people are not very interested in going within and facing what they have difficulty accepting about our humanity and prefer to fit in where it feels safe. I don`t judge that. I accept it. And, I continue to share my truth because it feels so great to align with it.
True aliveness will never be experienced through pretending, avoidance or addictions. And, please know that true aliveness is your birthright.
You need not change a single thing in your life to access it....you simply need to learn how to utilize your own life as a doorway to greater freedom, vitality and expansion.

I have lived through the personal nightmare of multiple life threatening addictions and now have 25 years of freedom.
I come from a family that didn’t have a faith beyond the intellect and now I have a faith that knows no limit.
I abandoned my dreams because I was told they were more like hobbies and then reinvented myself at age 50.
I know the discomfort of squeezing my incredible self into a shoe ten sizes too small for me.
You can trust what I say because what I share about myself is not always glamorous or admirable and because what I’ve overcome proves I am connected to myself and connected to a Source that operates through Love and an available, open heart.
